Serbia is not a member of the European Union or the Schengen Area. However, citizens of many countries may enter Serbia without a visa for short stays, depending on their nationality and the applicable bilateral agreements. Citizens of several countries, including many European states, may also enter Serbia using a valid national identity card where permitted by bilateral arrangements.

Participants are strongly advised to verify the visa requirements applicable to their nationality before making travel arrangements. It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain the appropriate visa, if required. Participants who require an official Letter of Invitation or need additional information regarding visa procedures may contact the Organizing Secretariat. The Letter of Invitation is issued solely to assist with the visa application process and does not constitute a commitment by the Conference Organizers to provide financial support or cover any expenses related to participation in the Seminar.

Letters of Invitation will be issued only after completion of the registration process and confirmation of full payment.

Note: If you require a visa to enter Serbia, it is recommended that you obtain adequate travel and medical insurance covering the entire duration of your stay.
